WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

ENKI orders can be shipped worldwide. All orders will be sent via DHL Express or EMS standard post.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ENKI's?

Orders shipped with DHL Express are generally delivered within 5-7 working days.

Orders shipped with EMS post are generally delivered within 7-10 working days. 

The estimated time does not include the customs processing which is unfortunately out of our control. Transit times will vary depending on the country of destination.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and will generally leave the warehouse within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?

You can check the order status anytime after it's placed with your order number via TRACK MY ORDER on our homepage. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when you place your order. By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you're not happy with your ENKI's, they can be returned within 365 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund as long as they are unworn or have quality flaws.

TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties ( handling fees ) and taxes. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. All Taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check your local customs website for more information.
