Enki Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase; however, if you're unhappy for whatever reason, maybe your Enki's don't fit or you prefer another colour or style of bag, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase. 

• The goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags and cases.
• Goods that are deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Returns must be paid for by the customer, and Enki will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to the goods during a return. 
• It is the customer's responsibility to use a reputable postal service and track the return until it is safe with us for inspection.
• Sales items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
