Why we prefer to ship FedEx International First over standard post  

We're stoked you're here! And like we've said before, a huge part of our ethos is to gift our customers with a unique experience that they are overly joyful with, right from ordering to receiving to unboxing and enjoying.

Our shipping mission is for you to be rocking your new ENKI's in no time, and for this reason, we recommend FedEx International First only, so your order is real-time trackable and delivered right into your hands stress-free in the shortest amount of time. However, if you do choose to use standard post, substantial delays are to be expected. COVID-19 has severely impacted delivery times due to overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights.

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 days of the date of purchase. 
  • Please allow 2-3 days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details. 
  • Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Just so you know, ENKI doesn't cover import duties or taxes, and as the recipient, payment of these charges is your responsibility. 

We ask all customers to please follow the tracking information provided to ensure the quickest delivery, and If your order does seem to be stuck, you will need to reach out to FedEx for release.
