ENKI's Return Policy for Goods

1. CONDITION OF GOODS

All ENKI goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by tags, cases, and packaging.

2. DAMAGED GOODS

Goods that are deemed damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns. ENKI will not be held liable for any damages that may occur to the goods during the return process.

4. ENSURING SAFE RETURNS

It is the customer's responsibility to use a reputable postal service and track the return shipment until it safely reaches us for inspection. The exchange or refund will be processed once the return is received and inspected.

5. EXCLUSION OF SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

6. INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please send an email to us within 14 days of receiving it at hello@enkieyewear.com.
