Return Policy for ENKI Goods

  • All ENKI goods must be in their original, unworn condition with tags, cases, and packaging.
  • Goods deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Customers must pay for returns, and ENKI will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to the goods during a return.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to use a reputable postal service and track the return until it is safe with us for inspection and the exchange or refund is processed.
  • Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
