We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase; however, If you're unhappy for whatever reason, maybe your ENKI's don't fit, or you prefer another colour or style, you can return or exchange your order within 15 days of your purchase.
- The eyewear must be in its original condition, unworn with tags and case.
- Eyewear that's deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be paid for by the customer, and ENKI eyewear will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to the sunglasses during a return.
- It is the customer's responsibility to use a reputable postal service and track the return until it is safe with us for inspection and the exchange or refund is processed.
- Sales items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
