Please note that the two-year warranty does not include normal wear and tear and, for our sunglasses, does not cover scratched lenses, but if a hinge or piece of detailing falls out, for any of our products you're covered.

- All ENKI goods must be in their original, unworn condition with tags, cases, and packaging.
- Goods deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Customers must pay for returns, and ENKI will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to the goods during a return.
- It is the customer's responsibility to use a reputable postal service and track the return until it is safe with us for inspection and the exchange or refund is processed.
- Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
