When you purchase a product from our Enki store, rest assured that we'll take care of shipping it to your desired destination. We entrust FedEx Express to handle all our shipments, and they dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

After making a purchase, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation via email. However, please allow the specified timeframes mentioned above to pass before you receive the shipping confirmation containing the tracking number. It's important to note that we do not ship to PO boxes for logistical reasons.

Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes

For all our valued overseas customers, we ship orders under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) policy. This means that the prices listed on our website are exclusive of any taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. As the recipient of the goods, it becomes your responsibility to handle these costs and ensure a smooth customs clearance. Please be aware that Enki does not accept returns or issue refunds for orders, shipping expenses, or taxes that are denied due to VAT or tariffs or if the purchaser cannot be reached.

In the unlikely event of a lost order, we will do our utmost to assist you. However, please note that we will not provide a replacement or issue a refund until the item is successfully returned to our headquarters.
