We only use FedEx or DHL Express to handle all our shipments due to their speed, efficiency, and reliability. All orders are shipped each Friday, with an estimated delivery time of 7 days, not including weekends.
When you make a purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox, but please wait until Saturday morning to receive your tracking number. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes
For overseas customers, we ship orders DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Prices on our website do not include taxes and fees, which are levied by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for handling these costs for quick customs clearance. Enki does not accept returns or issue refunds for orders or shipping expenses if the purchaser cannot be reached or refuses to pay the taxes, VAT, or tariffs.
