Why We Recommend FedEx Express

Our shipping mission is for you to be wearing your new ENKI's in no time, and for this reason, we recommend FedEx International Priority, so your order is real-time trackable and delivered right into your hands stress-free in the shortest amount of time. Please note standard post is currently unavailable. COVID-19 has severely impacted delivery times due to overseas restrictions and customs delays. All Cathay Pacific flights from Hong Kong, where ENKI HQ is located, have been suspended indefinitely.

International Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • Please allow 1-2 days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details after the above days. 
  • Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

ENKI eyewear sends all international orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. All prices displayed are exclusive of the destinations taxes and duties. As the recipient, payment of these charges is solely your responsibility to be able to release your order from customs. Please note, shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

Support

Please keep in mind once your order has been sent, ENKI eyewear is not responsible for any losses or damages. It's your responsibility to follow the tracking emailed to you and reach out to the relevant postal service or your local customs office to guarantee a well-timed delivery. In case of a lost order, we will assist you to the best of our capacity. However, we will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully returned to our headquarters.
