Shipping to other countries

All orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

When you purchase a product from our ENKI store, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. Please, however, allow the timeframes mentioned above after your purchase before receiving your shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Remember that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Tariffs, duties, and taxes

All overseas orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) by ENKI. All prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes and fees levied by the destination. Payment of these costs is entirely your obligation as the recipient in order for your item to be released from customs. Please keep in mind ENKI does not accept returns or refunds for orders, shipping expenses, or taxes that are denied owing to VAT or tariffs, or if the purchaser cannot be reached.

Support

Please keep in mind that once your order has been sent, ENKI is not responsible for any losses or damages. It's your responsibility to follow the tracking information emailed to you and reach out to the relevant postal service or your local customs office to guarantee a well-timed delivery. In the event of a lost order, we will assist you to the best of our ability. However, we will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is successfully returned to our headquarters.
